Bead Mat Envy is perfect for creating smaller projects. The beading surface is made of Vellux (tm) and the bead compartments keep your beads from rolling around and flying off the board. This bead board for making jewelry comes with a cover to protect your project when not in use. Powerful magnets keep the cover in place, however it will not keep the beads on the board if you need to travel with it. (These magnets also create a powerful magnetic field to stop static electricity from making the beads cling to it.) The board is 11 inches by 8 inches. The width is just under 3/8 of an inch.
