All our casing profiles are made from high-quality Poplar wood and are kept in stock for quick availability. They are shipped unfinished, allowing you the flexibility to stain or paint them in colors that match your interior design.

Product Specifications:

• Lumber Quality: Our hardwood mouldings are manufactured from clear, kiln-dried hardwood lumber that is NHLA graded.
• Moisture Content: All lumber is dried to a moisture content of 6-8%.
• Lumber Length: 65% of our lumber ranges from 12 to 16 feet, enabling us to create stock mouldings in long lengths, ranging from 3 to 16 feet.
• Precision Machining: Our hardwood mouldings are precision machined using Weinig Moulders and Weinig Knife Tooling.

Mon Reale Mouldings:

Mon Reale Mouldings are crafted from a fine grain overlay that is contoured to a solid Poplar base, ensuring easy installation with standard woodworking tools. When opting for custom wood species, the same fine grain overlay will be applied to the surface. All Mon Reale Mouldings are proudly manufactured in the U.S.A.
