Frenchic® Furniture Wax has no hidden nasties and is an all natural, non-petroleum based wax, with no horrible odor. It is simply fabulous for transforming your wooden furniture! Simply 'paint' on using a Frenchic® waxing brush in small sections, wiping off excess as you work your way around the piece. Allow to dry for 45 minutes then buff to a gleam. Voila!your furniture is transformed and sealed. All of our waxes are EN:71-3 certified, meaning safe to use on childrens toys and nursery furniture. It has virtually no odor, goes a long way and has an ease of use second to none. Browning Wax: Dark brown with a body butter-like texture and virtually odorless, it will seal your painted furniture giving it a depth of age and richness, buffing easily to a fabulous Frenchic® gleam! Browning Wax gives a fabulous aged or rustic effect to your projects. It picks out texture and can be blended to vary the tone of any Frenchic range. Apply to bare wood surfaces to bring out character and depth. Often used over Frenchic Lazy Range Crème de la Crème to fantastic effect to revive and lighten dark ceiling beams. Clear Wax: The Clear Wax is as it says on the tinit's clear and simply leaves you with a lovely sheen. This is my all time favorite wax! It glides on like butter and buffs so easily! Dries quickly too! I always apply the clear wax before any colored wax. It allows you to have more control over the wax. As well as sealing, Clear Wax will enrich and deepen the Original Artisan Range colors and will impart a subtle shine to other Frenchic ranges, if desired. Combine with the Frenchic metallic FrenSheens for added pizazz or a soft, shimmering seal! You can also mix in a little of any Frenchic paint to tint for an endless variety of colour options. Defining (Grey) Wax: The Defining Wax is perfect for highlighting details and making crevices, nooks and crannies pop! Makes creating a "weathered" finish on lighter paint colors an absolute breeze! Frenchic Defining Wax, with it's grey highlights, will help add age and give definition to your projects. Make Defining Wax your go-to choice for emphasising detail – whether your project has paneling, intricate mouldings or surface texture. Apply over colors from any Frenchic range to deepen and darken tones or if you are looking to create a worn, character-rich finish. White Wax: This White Wax gives such a lovely soft finish that provides a lightening, softening effect to any Frenchic colour it’s applied over. The more surface texture, the stronger the effect. Great for those pieces that need a feminine touch. On bare wood, it creates beautiful "cerusing" or "liming" finishes that look like they've aged over hundreds of years. Perfect choice for "beachy" white-washed interiors, too! Size: 400ml ♥♥ Once you have waxed a piece of furniture, you should not apply any other protective coat over it.
