We made this remix in July 2021, a week before playing the Hood Politics boat party in San Diego (which was WILD). While creating the track, we had this specific party in mind and imagined how it would go off on the boat. To see it come to fruition the next week was pretty awesome. It was only right that we eventually release this one with Hood Politics! Another fun detail about this remix is that we were able to get our hands on the multitrack of the original record, so all the samples you hear are actually from the original record. All we did was change the arrangement, add some drums and a new bassline. With such an incredible record, you don't need to do much!
