This is for an 8 oz can of Masters All-Purpose Cement, there is a brush included in the can. Directions: Sand or rough up surface of material to be bonded. Material must be free of oil, grease and dirt before applying cement. For high speed bonding: apply one coat of cement to each part and let parts dry (approximately 3 minutes, may vary with weather conditions.) Join parts together and hammer down or apply pressure.
