Restored headlights are prone to re-oxidation. Avoid having to restore headlights over and over again by protecting them them with Meguiar's Keep Clear Headlight Coating. This advanced formula provides durable UV protection and keeps restore headlights clear for 1 year. 

For best results, apply in the shade to a cool headlight. After you have finished restoring your headlights clean off any polishing oils by thoroughly cleaning your headlight with glass cleaner. If your headlights are new, the glass cleaner will remove any dirt and grime making sure that your headlights are free from surface contaminants. If you haven't already, mask around the headlights before use to prevent any overspray from getting on the paint or plastic trim. If overspray does occur, remove it with rubbing alcohol. Avoid spraying on breezy days.

Apply 1 medium wet coat of Keep Clear Headlight Coating to the entire headlight surface, overlapping the previous pass by 50%. Let the first coat dry 3-5 minutes, then follow with a 2nd medium wet coat to completely seal the headlight lens. The coating will be dry to the touch in 3-5 minutes, and fully cured within 24 hours.
