Mobil Mobilux EP2 Grease specially recomended for Voron Printers to lubricate the linear rails. Included: - 10ml Luer Lock Syringe With Mobil Ep2 Grease (aprox 18 grams. It’s plenty enough for 2 printers.) - Blue end cap to protect during the shipping - 18 Gauge elbow blunt tip - 16 Gauge straight blunt tip - 14 Gauge straight blunt tip How to proceed? Wear gloves. Prepare some zip ties, paper towel, large recipient, IPA and break cleaner. We recommend to not remove the carriages from the rails! The small balls inside each carriage are calibrated so it's not recommended to remove the carriages and open them. Leave the carriages alone! Zip tie the the carriages to the rail to block them from moving. Scrub the rails and carriages with break cleaner degreaser and a tooth brush. After that soak them in IPA in a large recipiente for 15 minutes (the rails and carriage must be fully submerged). All the dust and small debries must come out and deposit on the bottom of the recipient. Dry them with paper towell. Immediatly lubricate the rails and carriages with this syringe. Check movement. Repeat if necessary.
