Totally unique and original needle keepers created with hand dyed fabrics. The perfect place to store all your embroidery/sewing/cross stitch needles which rolls up perfectly into a little padded roll, perfect to keep in your sewing box or project bag 🧵 or they are the perfect gift for a sewing lover in your life. These have been sewn by me using fabrics dyed with natural dyes, on 100% natural fabrics. The inner needle felt is 100% wool felt. Each needle wrap is beautiful in its own right and features a mixture of pink (avocado) green (spinach/cabbage) and neutral (tea) fabric. Strong mustard cotton twine bounds it up into a roll. There will be areas within the fabric, especially the tea stained fabric, where the dye will have taken more densely than other areas. This is the nature of natural dyeing and you will end up with a mottled effect, and the tea can vary between very pale and very dark brown! You can choose from grey, green, purple or white felt. Simply choose your option at checkout. Each measures approximately 25 x 8cm unrolled but they all do very slightly. ** PLEASE NOTE, this item DOES NOT come with needles.
