Dedicated to keeping prices as low as possible, Noodler's uses simple bottles and packaging, with boxes made of recycled paper. All Noodler's inks are 100% made in the USA. This ink is part of Noodler's Russian line of inks named after famous writers in Russian history, and is named for the poet and novelist Boris Pasternak. Special Properties: Bulletproof: This ink is waterproof on cellulose-based papers once fully dry and resists all known tools of forgers, including UV light, bleach, alcohol, and other solvents. This ink may still be vulnerable to smearing when exposed to water. Eternal: Made to resist the effects of time, this ink is archival, fade resistant, and unaffected by humid or acidic conditions. Fluorescent: This ink glows under some UV lights. Forgery Resistant: This ink is resistant to lasers, alcohols, and solvents used by forgers and check-washers. Notes: The bottle may vary from the one pictured. Glass Noodler's ink bottles are filled to the brim with ink. If you receive this ink in a glass bottle, be careful when opening it to avoid spilling. Because Noodler's inks are hand made in small batches, the colors can vary slightly from one bottle to another. This ink is a dual-shading ink. Also known as double-shading inks, dual-color inks, and dual-tone inks, dual-shading inks may appear to be different colors when they pool into areas of higher and lower concentration on the page.
