This chart uses 12 COSMO floss colors (1 skein unless otherwise stated): 500 (x4), 702, 853, 5005 (x2), 242, 5016, 899, 5015, 8024, 5029, 8041 and 601. You may also choose to use classic DMC instead. Here's the conversion (1 skein unless otherwise noted): Blanc (x4), 728, 352, 3801 (x2), 304, 993, 992, 906, 904, 436, 434 and 3799. Finished Pattern Specs: Stitch Count: 169w x 169h Design Size: 12w x 12h (14-count) or 10.5w x 10.5h (16-count)Stitches used: Cross Stitch, Back Stitch Fabric: Model was stitched over 2 on 28-count Linen in “Touch of Grey” by Wichelt (#76306).
