Underglaze pencil – Enamel Workshop's Store

The pencil can be sharpened like a regular pencil, and also on sandpaper. (We recommend this particular sharpener). Apply on a satin or matte enamel surface (create the tooth on the surface by grinding with abrasives or applying a matting cream), fire. Enamel layers can be applied over the pencil. Darker than graphite and, unlike graphite, with no tendency to create bubbles when enamel is applied over the top.
