These bands are hand made by head instructor Josh Ackerman with Type III commercial paracord made in the USA and he has honed his craft over 15 years of making custom bands!Measuring your wrist is a simple as taking a piece of string, wrap it around your wrist with no space then mark the beginning and end and measure. A typical male wrist is usually 7.25in and 6.25in for a female.
