Learn to Sew! Woodford County Extension Office

Bring your machine and learn or reacquaint yourself with the basics of sewing machine operation, straight stitching and maintenance.  Along with your machine, please bring the foot control, power cord, owner's manual, bobbins, and bobbin case. You will learn to sew your very own pillowcase and a pair of pajama pants using a commercial pattern. Bring any color thread, basic sewing kit (straight pins, sewing gauge, seam ripper, tape measure, sewing shears, hand sew needles) Pillowcase materials will be included. Fabric requirements for pajama pants will be discussed at the first class (the pattern will be provided).
